Every item you purchase is covered by a standard 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws. Additionally, we may offer you the option to extend your warranty to 3 years through a dedicated warranty extension service, if available at the time of purchase.
This page explains how our warranty works, what it covers, and how to request support if your product develops a fault.
The warranty provided by MISCONEL SRL applies exclusively to non-conforming products or factory defects related to electrical or functional components.
Covered scenarios include:
Malfunctions of the internal electrical system under normal use
Operational failures due to manufacturing defects
Performance issues not caused by external damage or misuse
The warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling
Damage due to liquid exposure (unless specifically stated as waterproof)
Normal wear and tear or aging of consumable parts (e.g., batteries, blades, filters)
Malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use that does not follow product instructions
Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality
Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions will automatically void the warranty.
To activate your warranty or request support:
Send an email to info@homelexnor.com with the subject: “Warranty Request – [Order Number]”.
Include the following details:
Your full name and contact information
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
A brief description of the issue
One or more videos clearly showing the defect (e.g., device turning on, charging, or operating)
If the issue cannot be verified remotely, we may ask you to return the product for technical evaluation.
When returning a product for warranty validation:
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and detailed shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a factory defect is confirmed after inspection.
Parcels sent via cash on delivery (COD) will be refused.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and traceable delivery.
After inspection, we will confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty.
If the defect is confirmed and covered by the warranty, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the defective item with a new or equivalent model
Repair of the faulty component free of charge
Full refund of the product’s value if replacement or repair is not possible
If the product is found to be compliant and free of defects, it will be returned to you and shipping costs will remain your responsibility.
Standard coverage: 24 months from the date of delivery
Extended warranty (if purchased): 36 months total coverage
For repaired or replaced products, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date; it is not reset or renewed.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through homelexnor.com and used according to the instructions provided. It is in addition to your statutory rights under local and EU consumer law.
